Overview of the Refund and Returns Policy
We provide a 7-days refund and return policy. We are unable to provide you with a complete refund or exchange if thirty days have gone since your purchase.
Your item needs to be unused and in the same condition that you received it in order to be eligible for a return. It needs to be in its original box as well.
We need a receipt or other proof of purchase in order to process your return.
In some circumstances, we don’t issue any returns at all.
• Any item that, for reasons other than our fault, is damaged, missing parts, or not in its original state.
• Any returned item that is not accepted within 7 days of delivery
We will be contacting you to let you know that we have received your returned item after it has been received and inspected. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or denied.
If your application is accepted, your refund will be processed and you will receive a credit voucher that can be used to buy any other item in our inventory. The amount of the coupon will be deducted from your bill.
The return and exchange process could take up to 30 days.

Items on sale
You can only get a refund on standard priced items. Items in sales are not returnable.
Exchanges: We only swap out goods in case they’re faulty or broken. Once your return or exchange request has been approved, shoot us an email at operations@shopyarena.com with the physical address if you need to swap it for the identical item.
